A History of Excellence in Aviation

Established in Texas in 1976, Max Helicopters Services Company serves as a commercial helicopter operator and aviation maintenance facility. Max Helicopters Services is the first commercial helicopter operator in Texas, initially founded with the purpose of supporting Oil and Gas operations in the Gulf of Mexico. The company has since expanded into a varied array of aviation services, such as external cargo, filming and medical emergency services. Max Helicopters Services's superior maintenance capabilities have also expanded to provide third-party services to commercial and government helicopter operators. The company currently operates a fleet comprising of Leonardo AW139, Bell 212 and Bell 206 helicopters. Individually-tailored helicopter support is also available on a long- or short-term lease or daily / ad hoc basis in support of the Oil and Gas Industry, construction, surveys, aerial photography and filming, air taxi, load-lifting / cargo and medical evacuation. Max Helicopters Services also continues to provide frequent and ongoing aerial work support for a variety of companies and governments throughout the Gulf of Mexico region.

Facility and Base Inspections

If you have recently done construction, renovation or repairs, you may need to do final inspections of your platform/base. Helicopters can provide a full view of your facility for both inspections, as well as executive or corporate tours. Geared towards showing investors, partners and purchasers all of the installation, pipeline tours can be conducted as well.
